cwiid nunchuck

I there a way to set the nunchuck on the wii controller to the arrow keys? If so, then how?

OK, I found a plugin called stick2btn, now how do I add it to wminput?

I figured it out, but now how do I set wiimote.up to mouse wheel up? I know the id is KEY_SCROLLUP but that doesn't work. I have this problem.
