Pangolin- "disk error" when sansa fuze plugged in on startup

    Hi,

I have a pangolin v4 with 64-bit jaunty. Is the following a bug?

When I have my sansa fuze plugged in to the usb before I turn on the computer, when I turn it on, the system76 screen appears and the status bar loads fully and then it goes to a black screen that says
    "
    Disk error
    Press any key to restart
    "
It then gives a blinking underscore. If I press any key, it returns the exact same error message (instead of restarting). I can restart by using the power button or ctrl-alt-del.

This is not a big deal since when I remove my sansa on startup everything returns to normal.

I would guess you have the BIOS set to boot from a USB drive first. Be the first thing I checked.

    +1
To err is human, to forgive is very ... dog-like.
