Shopping for new Motherboard

Hey guys,

I need some help looking for a new motherboard. I want to find a motherboard that will use my current CPU and have a PCI-E video slot, and DDR2 dimms.

Pretty much I just want to reuse my CPU when upgrading everything.

The CPU that I want to reuse is a Pentium 4 2.8GHz LGA 775. Pentium 4 521 Prescott 90nm with HyperThreading. From what I've found it has a 800MHz FSB.

Will I just need to find a LGA 775 motherboard capable of running at 800MHz?

(On a side note: any preferences on the LGA 775 P4 2.8GHz vs a Socket 478 P4 2.8GHz? I have both, and heard the LGA 775 runs hotter, but it does have HyperThreading, whereas my Socket 478 P4 2.8GHz does not have HyperThreading)
