kpackagekit issues
Hi,
I just installed Kubuntu 9.10 and all was working well until kpackagekit starting giving me grief. First it stopped showing updates and now i keep getting these errors that stack up on each other making my screen totally blocked if im away from more than 30 minutes. It says: "Dependency resolution failed: a package dependency can not be found" My system works fine except for these maddening messages. so my questions are this: 1. How do i fix kpackage kit so i can get updates again 2. how to i turn off these annoying messages thanks so much!

Re: kpackagekit issues
update: I figured out the problem package is my java 6 plugin for Firefox via aptitude and it is advising me to remove it....but clearly i want this plug in so removing it seems kind of silly
