Wondered if anyone else had used blender and was having the same problem I am:

IT appears that whenever I run applications around blender, or even just the desktop, the refresh rate on something is overriding the othe. So, I am constantly having to refocus the window and force it to stay on top. Any idea on what could be doing this?
