    Kmix problem

    Upgraded to 9.10
I have Kmix in the system tray however if I hover the mouse over it, it says:
    Volume at 0%
If i click on the icon there is no adjustment and I can not use the mouse wheel to adjust the volume. I can open kmix and adjust the volume that way. Also the volume control on my Logitec Elite keyboard doesn't work either. When I adjust it the bar pops up on the monitor and says 0% and stays there.
My sound works in all the applications I've tested so far.

I have the exact same problem ... or is it a feature? Looking forward to someone providing a solution!

    Thanks.

Edit: Wow! I think I fixed it! Just right-click on the volume icon, 'Select Master Channel' and there are a plethora of options to select. I just selected 'Master' and WALA!, I now have my slider back! I'm running Kubuntu 9.10.
