    Ubuntu in the press

There is alot of press, around ubuntu 9.10,

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/8327082.stm

    http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology...indows7-review

All saying Linux is getting better and becoming a viable desktop OS, windows 7 is still better, but the press are taking an interest in a non-LTS release, this good i feel, has anyone else notice this increase compared to any other previous releases? or is it just me?

Also do you think we will get this much attention for 10.04 or is it due the fact windows 7 is out and people are comparing the two? Or is there generally interest in the Linux community from the press?

Both of these articles have been discussed before. You might have to search in order to get people's opinions.
