TwinView & Dialogs

Hey everyone, this is my first post, so I apologize if I am posting in the wrong section, or if you cannot even provide support for it since it's NVIDIA's Twinview.

Basically I've got 2 20" Dell Monitors. They are setup in Twinview, and pretty much work great. However, when I boot Ubuntu up and it goes to the login screen it's stretched across both monitors and the login box ends up inbetween both of them, it's not a HUGE issue, just really annoying and it looks terrible. I did try looking for a GDM theme which might offset the login box to the left monitor or something but found nothing.

The second issue is similar, but when I need to update a system setting (such as the Login Window) the system prompts me for my password, and again, the dialog pops up right in between both monitors. Is there anyway to make EVERY window (FireFox, dialogs, Terminal, any app) open on the left monitor? I have poked around in nvidia-settings and I told it that the left monitor was my primary monitor, but this doesn't seem to make a difference.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
