Okay, so I'm on Debian, but I use Gnome, so I'm hoping someone here can help.
Anyway, I recently upgraded to the 2.30.x linux kernel, and now whenever I plug in my webcam and turn on the computer; somewhere during startup the system detects it as my sound device for ALSA.
When I have the webcam unplugged, however, it's fine and my sound card is detected as my sound device.
Is there a way to fix this? I hate having to unplug my webcam just for everything to work properly when the system turns on.
Thanks,
Dillon
