memoq digital voice recorder and pen not recognised
hello all
a couple of moths ago i bought a memoq digital voice recorder and pen, i use it in windows.
it does not assign a drive letter but instead require a bit of software to access the device!
i have recently accidentally formatted the drive by acident using the manager software!
i need to run my recovery program on it but i cannot do so until it is mapped to a drive!
does anyone know how to do this either in windows of ubuntu?
ubuntu does not detect the drive at all!
even sudo fdisk -l does not show it!
any help would be greatly appreciated
