    Cool Function F8

    Hi all,

I've been running Ubuntu on my old Inspiron 5150 laptop for a while now - and it's all good (big improvement over my previous XP/SuSE9 dual boot setup). However... today I tried connecting an external data projector for the first time, and found the Function-F8 key doesn't work - so couldn't switch to the external display. Is there a fix for this?
    lspci output below:

    Re: Function F8

You may want to update you NVIDIA driver or the Kernel. NVIDIA driver download page can be found here, and precompiled Ubuntu kernels can be found here.
