I just found out that jack is not in main... as such pulse has no support for connecting to jack! Big freakin deal to me, so is there a ppa with the support for jack(or jack modules?)?

I built it myself just added it to the debian/control file. Skype kills the sink however.

Could you provide more details? I'd like to try this myself as I also need Jack and I was planning to do this myself.
