I don't know anything about twibbon. But, I can tell you that we don't need to promote UBuntu in Indenti.ca since the majority of population uses Ubuntu or other GNU/Linux distribution.

Check out their most popular group. It is Ubuntu with 2901 members as the time of this posting.
