Web browsing over VPN

Hi

I am hoping to set up a virtual private server to act as a proxy for browsing the Internet. The server will be in one country and the clients (primarily using Windows) in another where censorship results in many websites being inaccessible.

Does anybody know of a simple guide to get something like this set up?

Try using a openvpn solution.

You can also use PPTP.
