Alsa pulsaudio: Audio Scratchy on Realtek ALC883

hi, i have a Realtek ALC883 on nvidia hda.
sound worked fine with 9.04, now at start audio works fine, after i open some mp3 (i just need to open 2-3 and fast forward some times and audio broke), audio begin to scratch.. if i wait some minutes the audio goes back to normality

i hope this issue will be fixed before launch

    its a known bug?
    reading here: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=843012
i tryed all the stuff for this kind of problem
"If you have a new Nvidia HDA sound chip and it sounds scratchy, this is a known problem and is fixed in the 2.6.27 kernel"
i m currently on 2.6.31 so this is an old bug?

After a reboot and an upgrade, do you still have the problem?
