bah.. the machine won't boot from a USB stick... all the other computers can boot into it, but not on THIS computer (it's 64bit capable)
once i select USB from the bios menu, it immediately says
and if i press a key.. it saysCode:error boot
what's with this? this usb image is perfectly fine, and the checksums match and is actually bootableCode:root
(even if the arch wasn't compatible, it'll still boot to the point the linux kernel is uncompressed.. and then it'll tell you the cpu arch isn't compatible)
HELP! .. how do i get a Dell Vostro 200 to boot from a USB stick?!
edit: I don't want to burn a CD of a 10mb image like i did for Jaunty D;
