When I first installed Ubuntu on my laptop (HP Compaq nx6125), my wireless didn't work. Using the forums I was able to install WICD and using a bunch of terminal line codes install b43-cutter and, like magic, I could connect to wireless networks. This morning, the Ubuntu Update Manager popped up with a ton of updates. I told it to install all of them after which I had to restart my laptop. It restarted and my wireless no longer works... I've gone back through and run everything that I did the first time that I had to fix it after the initial Ubuntu installation and still nothing. So obviously one of the updates this morning messed something up. Is there any way to undo updates? Or what should I do? Thanks!
- WICD still runs, it just says that there are no available wireless networks...
