I don't even know where to start looking for this.... some how I lost all my menus on my windows of my apps. Like in terminal and nautilus its just a solid bar with no File | View | Tools ect.

Are you running compiz? If so, you could try going back to "none" for visual effects (System -> Preferences -> Appearance -> Visual Effects tab)
If that fixes it, then you could try disabling different compiz features to try to figure out which one might be giving you problems.

Nope didn't change a thing...
I attached a screen shot of whats going on.
....also I just created another user. The problem exsist only with my profile so I must have something nerfed up then

Well its fixed, not the way I wanted to do it but it got it back to where it it supposed to be now.
