Gigabyte T1028M collective thread

sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this, but I just bought a Gigabyte T1028 TouchNote off of Amazon, was brand new, and I got it today. and well I let it fully charge ect and when it had charge all the way I turned it on and set it up ect, and then when I got to the home screen after it turned on all the way.


When I hit a key like a letter or whatever it shuts down, why does it do that. Another thing is that some times when I hit the power button it doesnt want to turn on, the LED lights come on but the computer doesnt turn on as it should.


Any ideas to what is going on and how to fix this please?

Anyone still using this notebook and wishing SmartManager button (hardware button on the left side) to work please contact me. I've got it to work on my device (T1005) and there's great chance it will be working on T1028.
