Moving network-manager settings to new PC

I have a lot of networks stored in my network-manager. Now, I have got a new PC: How do I move all the settings to the new PC ? Is there a hidden file or folder that I can copy to the new system ?

You can get to the information via Alt-F2, then gconf-editor under system>networking>connections... but I'm not sure if there is a way to copy the information.
