QT Frontend for Transmission Bittotrrent??

Does Ktorrent not work?

I have too many problems with Ktorrent. Blocklist plugin never works, it ignores my settings for bandwidth, etc... Tried Qtorrent, but due to bandwidth regulations, sometimes I need to set an upload speed of zero, which it doesn't allow.

It exists and is currently in beta. If I'm reading ticket #418367 right it'll be in Karmic in the "Universe" repo.
