Anyone want to help me create an awesome webpage?

Well, to start this off I have wanted to have a Web Site for a long time. I did some research and apparently I can't have a simple domain name like "www.ninjanumbernine.com" because you have to pay for that. I did find some sites, however, that will host a free webpage under a subdomain. I made one of these, but this is how far I got...
Anyway I want to have a web site that is stored on some remote server (I don't have any computers that I can just leave on all the time) , will give me the option to enter my own php code, (rather than design it with their own program, etc etc. AND gives me enough space to have a good-looking website with 2 or 3 flash games (The games are from other sites) AND has a cool animated background (I'm working on that, making it as a SWF file) AND does it all for free LOL.
I know that is totally not fair for any of the poor "free web site" hosts out there (those multi-billionares ) but somehow I wish I could do it.. Keep in mind that I don't have access to ANY funds whatsoever.
I think that one thing google could do to double customer satisfaction (like it isn't 100% already) is to offer some sort of easy beginner-friendly personal web site hosting... I mean, they already give you tons of space for media (picasa, youtube, gmail) so why not?
Can someone please give me some advice as to which of those things are possible and which are simply outrageous?
