    Angry zio x8 wireless network card

    i just got a compaq evo n620c i know its old lol but anyway i got a zio 8x pci card i installed ndiswrapper didnt work then i installed the driver on the cd but it dose nothing the card works fine in windows im useing 9.04 dose ny 1 have any clue what i can do please let me know

    ok i found an old card that works fine so this isent reallt important any more but it would be nice to get this figured out

    I'm in the same boat. I just installed a PCMCIA Linksys card as it works well. Ubuntu 9.04 is not seeing the on-board card and the FN-F2 key which normally activates is not turning it on.

    I just saw a totally strange smell and it felt like it was really sour. Oh well, must've been hearing things.
