Latest kernel source is incomplete;

http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v2.6.31/

The kernel source deb file should be like 50-60 MB but is actually empty when extracted and is only listed as containing 2.1 Kb.. Anyone knows what's up with this?
