    Chromium in Ubuntu

    hi,

    i seem to have a problem with my chromium in ubuntu, i just installed chromium, but when i want to watch videos in youtube for example its looking for flash player, I BELIEVE I HAVE FLASH PLAYER INSTALLED, coz if not my firefox would not be working. anyway i tried downloading it again and when i try to install it says i have a later version installed.

    im confused please help.

    You need to run chromium with the --enable-plugins flag.

    The flash plugin for chromium is not yet implemented by default due to some issues, but you can get around it by going to the terminal and typing
    chromium-browser --enable-plugins
    You can also right click on the icon for chromium and change the command to the one above. Hope this helps!
