    8000hz 8bit wav converter

    I'm tryng to make some ringtones for my IDEN phone and I need a converter: MP3 to wav that will go as low as 8bit, 8000hz in mono, are there any older converters that will go that low?? Thanks in advance.

    nero 6 will work in windows(wav editor)
