I just reinstalled Ubuntu 9.04 and subsequently installed Photoshop with Wine, as I've done tons of times before. It worked fine on the first usage, but afterwards I receive an message dialog about an unrecoverable error, etc. We all know the one.

It does however work fine if I use the "Shift-Alt-Ctrl" delete settings file trick for the first run, but all subsequent runs fail.

I have tried fresh wineprefixes multiple times, but the same problem occurs.

Wine version: 1.0.1

I monitored the console output and there was nothing of interest.

Has anyone else had this problem and/or knows how to fix it? I could always change the launcher to delete the settings file on startup and that would be a workaround, but not a solution. I know there has to be a way, as I've used Photoshop on Ubuntu for years without issue.
