    Pc wont boot

    K guys, my pc is a foxtrot(winfast) mobo, 1.8ghz amd sempron 3000+ cpu, 512mb apacer ram, 256mb apacer ram,recently it restarts when reaching stage 1 of grub, well sometimes even if I go to bios it will shut or restart, then i give it a 20 minutes break then return to power it on it would work, conky said it ran at 45 to 50 degrees with cpu usage of 30%, fire up vlc n play a movie using x11 cpu reaches 90% to 99% while heat at 90 degrees then pc goes to restart, ahhh, I have cleaned my fan, removed components but no solution.
    What should I do now
