    Unable to create bootable usb creation in Karmic

    I installed the Karmic alpha 5, now no live usb creation programs work.

    I've tried usb-creator (what I've been using for a while), unetbootin, and portable linux, all with varying degrees of failure. I still do not know enough about the programs and programming to determine what is wrong.

    Any advice on how I can get a bootable usb from an ISO? I haven't done it by scratch in a while, and have always had a hard time doing it. Right now its looking like that is what I need to do.

    Any suggestions appreciated for pointing me to the right place.

    Yeah there is. I had a similar problem.
