I indeed think so. Just go to System -> Administration -> Hardware Drivers and it should be in there to install? On a side note if you use it and use compiz let me know how it goes. I have an HD4670 and have enabled fglrx and compiz and it's a tad slow, takes over 5 seconds to make video fullscreen!

I think the radeonhd driver will probably be the easiest, but it won't do 3D.

Using "ATI Radeon (fglrx)" is ok.
However, Refresh rate has only one choice : 60Hz.
Is there a way to increase it?

I do not use compiz .

That is the Graphics card I have the fglrx is the correct driver BUT...

If you use compiz, you'll not be able to watch video as it ruins it! (in my experience) I have to turn off compiz.

I noticed you say you don't use compiz, but I mention it because there may be issues caused elsewhere...

    UPDATE!!
I guess there must have been a fix for this somewhere in an update. I just turned on Compiz, did all sorts of effects and not a problem with vido playback (AVI/MP4/iplayer stream/ youtube)

    Happy bunny.
