    hi,
i have lenovo ideapad y450 which has nvidia graphics cards 256 mb. When i go to system-->administration-->nvidia x server settings, i see that the driver installed is 180.44

the output of lspci -v|grep vga is as below

If you are using Compiz, try in
settings> preferences> compiz config settings manager under general tab uncheck Unredirect fullscreen

Could be a bandwidth issue. How fast is your connection?
