It's Window Maker with dock,clip,icons(well the minimized apps are still there),buttons etc disabled.

theme (the 04B.ttf font was stolen from the e16 theme axios)

Still not set with the background, I like the conecept of it, but not really how it ended up looking, might try and edit the milk carton a little better myself
