No sound from Youtube in Jaunty AMD 64

Hello to all,

I have spent more then 12 exhausting hours trying to get sound out of Youtube. I have tryed almost everything.
This is the situation:
1- I get video but not sound from Youtube in Firefox and Opera as well.
2- Applications that use sound work fine.
3- Have used ALSA and Pulseaudio
4- System is AMD Phemom (64bits) - Ubuntu 9.04
5- Flashplayer 10 (64) is installed and listed in installed plugins

Would appreciate some help.

Try this. Start sound mixer and see if your PCM channel slider is at zero. If it is, move the slider up and that's it.
