Azureus won't start

I can't get Azureus to Start I get this error message

I tryed to start vuze by konsole but do not start this is the message

StartServer ERROR: unable to bind to a local port listening for passed torrent info: Other instance detected
StartSocket: passing startup args to already-running Azureus java process

Please help

Same problem here. Is there any solution?

edit: I followed the instructions in the post below and everything is ok.
