Re: Package linux-image-2.6.28-14-server is not installed

Now, I try to install Language support, it shows Software database is broken, and suggests to run following.
    $sudo apt-get install -f

    the result is:

-> E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock -open (11 Resource temporarily unaailable)
E: Unable to lock the administratin directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another process using it?

.... from here, I really dont know what to do next..

oh, I have tried to reinstall the ubuntu 9.04 server already, it never changed.
