Install squid using .configure-make-make install

Hi all.
I need to install Squid 3.2 on my Ubuntu Server 11 because I need it squid with ecap 0.2.0 support and I need to pass some custom params to ./configure.
The version of squid that comes with apt-get install squid3 is 3.1.

After "./configure make make install" it installs fine and can be started using squid command.

But can I get a service launcher generated in /init.d/squid3 ?
It is generated for 3.1 when installed by apt-get, can I achive same for "make install" way?
