Kubuntu Jaunty with KDE 4.3 is in mixed Spanish and English

Hey all, today I installed Kubuntu from the Jaunty livecd and then updated it to KDE 4.3 and after some customizing installed Spanish language support and set that as the default language. Well, the system's mostly in Spanish now, but plasma is still in English. It's not a major linguistic issue but it'd be nice to have plasma in Spanish too.

Maybe it's my fault for not selecting Spanish as the install language AND playing with 4.3 but still the whole interface should be able to change even if I decided to use it in, say, Hindi.

Any thoughts on how to fix this?
