ndiswrapper walkthrough for jaunty?

I've got a bcm4306 (rev 03) wireless card and I've been having trouble getting speeds over 1Mb/s I've read tons of articles and it appears people have gotten this to work using ndiswrapper and ive tried the articles covering the install for hardy i was wondering if maybe it was because there was something different in jaunty. I have gotten ndiswrapper to install and show networks but never connect just tries and tries
