I believe that amarok is a good deal more complete than banshee. Normally you hear about gtk users complaining about the lack of decent media players.

amarok 2.0 is missing way too much stuff no daap,no ipod,no network samba

Yes, 2.0 sucks. It sucked when I tried it aerlier in the year, but 2.0 is long gone. I think 2.1.x, the current version, added more features. Well 2.2 be for mass adoption? No matter, I'm happy with Amarok 1.4.
