    Kindly elaborate what you mean by a disk analyzer. What is it that you exactly want to do?
    fsck is already available which comes close to your description of disk analyzer.

    it is called disk usage analyser and should be installed by default included in "gnome-utils"

    Is it not under Applications > Accessories? It is on my hardy installation
