What is the procedure and qualifications to become moderator.
Actually I would like to be contributor to kubuntu artwork.

For global forum staff you have to show a kind and helpful nature towards other members, amongst various other things. This usually catches the attention of current staff who will then nominate members.

For LoCo moderators as was requested in this thread, you have to be asked by the LoCo team leader.

Finally - thread closed, as the matter has been dealt with, and thread hi-jacking isn't a good thing.
