Whenever something goes wrong I think someone is hacking my system. I am not a Computer Science graduate, but I am concerned when my computer shows something different than it is capable of.

like what in particular are you witnessing that makes you think you are being hacked?
If at first you don't succeed - just buy the company and tell them to make the one you want.

I am not concerned at the moment, but before I lost my desktop background and my sound capabilities. It alarmed me. So I had to do a reinstall. It was a pain.
