    support problem

I am a new user of Ubuntu. I have a great interest on ubuntu. I have a collection of ubuntu 6.06, 8.04.2, 8.10, 9.10. But the main problem is I don't get much support on Ubuntu. I cann't make my internet connection on ubuntu. NOt only this My hobby is designning website. There is no such software(Dreamweaver) by which I can design website. I don't want to use Piracy software. But I have no ability to use software buying. So the solution is ubuntu.

Is ubuntu able to help me doing this?

Yes - Ubuntu CAN help you. For starters, Open Office Write can produce basic web pages. Other forum users might be able to suggest other options.

Of course there is an alternate to dreamweaver - its called bluefish editor.
Search in Applications > Add/Remove Programs and give it a try

The internet connection thing needs more details

Regarding internet connections, it seems to me that we need more information from you? Are you saying you can connect under Windows but not under Ubuntu? Are you connecting wirelessly or wired? What are your wireless/ethernet cards?

Here's a good site for linux web-design software.

then it is connected in WindowsXP
But I tried on ubuntu. It doesn't connect.

Static web page design is pretty unusual now, you won't care for this but all my sites are done either in their own editors (such as Wordpress) or in a text editor.

Given the high usage I make of PHP, a text editor is the sensible choice for me.

Most of the visual WYSIWYG editors I've seen are not good at producing standards compliant cross-browser pages but I think Amaya is pretty useful.
