    Changing Icon for file type

Hey, I've done some googling around and haven't found anything useful. What I would like is to change the icon associated with a certain class of files, like *.doc or *.jpg or whatever. What's annoying is that in KDE 3 it was trivial; when you right clicked on a file, went to properties, clicked on the wrench beside the file type, it would bring up a configuration for that file type. On that configuration screen you could actually click on the icon that appeared and change it effortlessly. In KDE 4 you can take all the steps I just outlined but you can no longer click on the icon to change it. What gives? Anyone have a solution to this? Steps backwards like these are very frustrating.

Try "assogiate". It should be in the repositories.

It works well in gnome, but I don't know how well it will do in kde.
