    Thread Subscription Wackiness

    http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1198472

I seem to be subscribed to that thread for some reason or another (I didn't do it and I didn't post there). Whenever I try to unsubscribe, it says it was successful, but I am still subscribed. I can successfully unsubscribe from other threads, but not that one.

This happened to one other thread (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1195569), but that discussion actually interests me, and I will remain subscribed.

Is there any reason why I would be subscribed to threads I didn't subscribe to, and why I can't unsubscribe from said thread?

(I have cleared all private data in firefox, including cookies and cache, but still have that problem)

I trust U-G will be looking into this (if he isn't already)?

I just noticed this problem here and found this thread.

BTW, the forum is very slow for me today. Not all the time, but sometimes it takes more than 20 seconds to load a page. Could these be related?

Still can't unsubscribe from the thread in question (a thread I can't even read because it is in a different language )

Tried subscribing to it (again), then unsubscribing, but no luck.
