    Cool Gimp: can't find Layer Dialog

    This may sound a bit silly. I am new to Gimp Image Editor and I have been looking all over for the layer dialogbox but I can't find it anywhere! Makes me feel pretty dump Can anybody tell me how to open the damn layer dialogbox??
