Most people just use it like they use Windows, as an operating system to surf the internet, use email, listen to music etc.

What are your programming capabilities? What do you want to do with Ubuntu?

    2. How can i learn more on terminal(dos)?
It's not DOS. You could start here: http://linuxcommand.org/

    3. How can i access the ubuntu kernel?
What do you mean? Do you want to view the kernel source code?
