vlc cotrol window playback window

Hi there

Since I upgraded to intrepid I have been having some issues with vlc. Prior to the upgrade the vlc cotrol window and playback window were combined during playback, now they are displayed as two separate windows. I have looked in every menu and found nothing. also I could not find anything on the vlc website.

Sorry for the stupid question.

Please help.

Definitely not a stupid question. I would also like to combine both windows into one. Anyone got any ideas?

Sorry there was already a thread on this topic. seems the issue is fixed in the "pre-release" version of VLC 1.0.0
