Problem Running INSTALL.EXE in Warcraft 3 CD - Wine

I mounted my Warcraft 3 CD and ran Install.exe using Wine and I got this message. (Check the image I attached). How to fix this? Thanks for any input! It's greatly appreciated.

P.S. If you need information about my wine, please do tell me what I need to show.

Odd but I can't seem to follow steps 3,4,5 of the guide you showed me. I added the repositories and there is no winetools after sudo apt-get update. I couldn't edit .wine/config because there is no configuration file in .wine. Checking the date of the post, it is most likely outdated. But I managed to change Windows98 to WindowsXP in step 5 using the "Configure Wine" option in Applications > Wine > Configure Wine > Applications Tab > Windows Version.

P.S. Is Winetools used to configure Wine? Also where can I get this DCOM98? Thanks for your patience... I'm new to wine
