I haven't gotten my new Pangolin yet, but hopefully it's on its way. Before I get it, however, I want to make sure that suspend now works.

I can say that suspend and hibernate work great on my pangolin panpv5
Works for me as well. System comes back up every time. Note that I haven't checked NetworkManager when I've brought it back up -- I don't use suspend often, so it hasn't been relevant.
pan4p, if it's important.
gila
return from suspend is almost instant. It could be even faster if there is a way to get rid of the password prompt. The hibernate works fine but i found it too slow for my purposes. i have yet to time it but for some reason i get the feeling that the time will be comparable to a cold start. I wouldn't be surprised if a cold start was faster. The regular boot is easily under a minute, btw. Maybe around 30-50sec. to a usable desktop, im still not sure, i got to find a stop watch....

great link, thanks Tom. Coming out of stand-by is like i never even powered down now.
The security by default seems like a great idea, but if someone has physical access to my machine i going to assume its compromised, password or not. just a nice machine, no critical data to get at (:
